Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT, is a really effective way to improve your overall wellness by addressing both emotional and physical stress.
It’s a simple process where we gently tap on specific acupressure points while you focus on any negative emotions or discomfort you’re feeling. What this does is help release blocked energy in the body and calm your nervous system, which lowers stress levels.
As we work through this, you’ll likely notice feeling less anxious, more emotionally balanced, and even improvements in sleep or relief from physical pain. It’s a powerful tool that can really help you feel better both mentally and physically.
The long lasting outcome of learning EFT is you will develop the confidence and skills to start self applying it as and when you need it.
When we learn to address the negative feelings and symptoms, we grow in confidence to overcome our difficulties and step forward confidently to be who we wish to be.
